Amanda Pierce (Monica Potter) is an ordinary single woman who wants a fresh start in Manhattan, and she gets a spare room in an apartment shared with four supermodels. They set about giving her a full makeover, and she finds herself drawn to Jim Winston (Freddie Prinze Jr.), the charming neighbor next door.
