Hell Comes to Frogtown

“A new breed of enemy has taken over the world... Sam Hell has come to take it back.”

Sam Hell (Roddy Piper), one of the last fertile men left after the war, is pulled out of a women-run prison and sent into mutant territory with a bomb locked to his groin. It goes off if he strays more than a few hundred yards from his guard, Spangle (Sandahl Bergman). Donald G. Jackson and R.J. Kizer play the whole mission perfectly straight, so the absurdity lands in the pauses.
