“New York's Scariest Haunted House Tour”

Danny Bellini (Alex Taylor) runs a crew of haunted house builders who spent the summer of 2009 turning a derelict hotel into a Halloween attraction. Five years after opening night, when 15 tour-goers and staff died in a malfunction no one has explained, a documentary team returns with the crew's own footage. Stephen Cognetti builds the film from that tape, so the viewer watches and rewatches the same preparations, hunting for the fault that was already there.
