Help Me, My Love

Giovanni Macchiavelli (Alberto Sordi) wants nothing more than to keep the marriage he has, ten years of it, with his wife Raffaella (Monica Vitti). Then she falls for Valerio Mantovani (Silvano Tranquilli), a handsome man of forty she knows from the weekly chamber music concerts she attends with her mother. Sordi directs himself as the husband and gives his own character the most room to be foolish.
