Hercules: Zero to Hero

(1999)Directed by Bob Kline70 minAnimation, Family, Action, Adventure
“Three superhuman adventures”

Hercules (Tate Donovan) has already won the girl and beaten Hades, but he still wants to be taken for a real hero, and his old training days are the place to start. Bob Kline's direct-to-video follow-up folds four episodes of the animated series into one story, set at the Prometheus Academy, a school for gods and mortals. Along the way Hercules leans on Philoctetes (Robert Costanzo), the satyr who coached him, and on Meg (Susan Egan), now his wife.
