Here and There

Adrien (Hakim Jemili) lands back in Paris after fifteen years in Senegal, stranded by a visa tangle and sleeping on his cousin Sékou's (Ahmed Sylla) couch. Sékou has built a life here, distant from his own roots, and as he shows Adrien around the city while waiting for papers to clear, the two men navigate what home means and who they've become. Ludovic Bernard traces how a man can drift from himself without quite knowing it, and what it takes to see it.
