Hero and the Terror

“Heroes hit hardest.”

Danny O'Brien (Chuck Norris) is a Los Angeles cop who just wants the city to stop calling him Hero, a name he earned by hauling in Simon Moon (Jack O'Halloran), the killer known as The Terror, three years ago. Moon has escaped and is killing women again, and William Tannen builds the film around O'Brien as the one man who can find him. All O'Brien has to go on is the man he already caught once, and he cannot stop looking.
