Heroes Don't Die

On a Paris street, a stranger stops Joachim (Jonathan Couzinié) and says he knows him, that he is a soldier killed in Bosnia on August 21st, 1983, the day Joachim was born. Joachim tells Alice (Adèle Haenel) and Virginie (Antonia Buresi), and the three leave for Bosnia to follow the claim. Aude Léa Rapin keeps them moving through the country, with Joachim at risk of losing hold of who he is.
