“Danger, intrigue, romance...and a touch of kinkiness!”

The Psycho-Neurotic Institute for the Very, Very Nervous is where Dr. Richard H. Thorndyke (Mel Brooks) arrives as the new director, a psychiatrist who can't stand on a high balcony without coming apart. The staff includes Nurse Diesel (Cloris Leachman) and Dr. Montague (Harvey Korman), and they seem a good deal stranger than the patients. Brooks sends up Hitchcock and psychoanalysis alike, and Thorndyke learns the staff will commit murder to keep their secrets.
