Marie (Cécile de France) is a student who goes with her best friend Alexia (Maïwenn) to spend a quiet weekend at Alexia's parents' secluded farmhouse. Alexandre Aja keeps the whole film inside one night that begins the moment they arrive, when a killer (Philippe Nahon) breaks into the house. Nobody in the farmhouse knows how long the night will run, and Marie is the one trying to keep her friend alive.
