Highlander
“There can be only one.”
In 1536, Connor MacLeod (Christopher Lambert) fights his first battle in the Scottish Highlands. In 1986 he is still alive and still fighting, on the streets of New York City, and the centuries between are a string of secret duels. Russell Mulcahy cuts hard between the two eras, so the sword fights and the Scottish hills hit at the same speed.
