“Centuries ago one man was chosen to protect all that is good. But an enemy from the past has traveled through time to challenge him in the present.”

Kane (Mario Van Peebles), an immortal magician sealed in a tomb for centuries, breaks free and goes looking for the one man who can stand in his way. Connor MacLeod (Christopher Lambert) has been living quietly, believing he already won the Prize and left the old fighting behind him. Andrew Morahan directs it as a loud fantasy action picture, built around the swords and the lightning that follow each time two immortals meet.
