Hilda and the Mountain King

“Such is the life of an adventurer.”

Hilda (Bella Ramsey) wakes up in the body of a troll and has to find her way back to Trolberg, to her mother Johanna (Daisy Haggard), and to being human again. Andy Coyle picks up directly from the second-season finale of the animated series, with Frida (Ameerah Falzon-Ojo) and David (Oliver Nelson) among those she needs. The film is about how far a girl will go to get home, and who she turns out to be on the way.
