Himiko

Himiko (Shima Iwashita) serves as the oracle of the sun goddess, and her word holds the whole kingdom together. She loves her half-brother Takehiko (Masao Kusakari), a love forbidden to her, and it puts her power and the kingdom's stability at risk. Masahiro Shinoda stages this old myth as a fantasy spell, wonder and ceremony set against the end of an era.
