HK: Hentai Kamen 2 - Abnormal Crisis

Japan is still reading headlines about vanishing panties, and Kyosuke Shikijo (Ryohei Suzuki) still pulls a pair of Aiko Himeno's (Yoshiko Sengen) over his face to fight evil. Aiko, torn about it, decides to take them back, and Kyosuke comes apart without them and disappears while his worst enemy yet draws near. Yuichi Fukuda plays the whole thing at full volume, with the straight-faced silliness the first film started.
