Hocus Pocus

“It's just a bunch of Hocus Pocus.”

On Halloween night in Salem, a teenager named Max Dennison (Omri Katz) lights a candle in an old house and brings three sister witches back from three hundred years in the ground. Winifred Sanderson (Bette Midler) and her sister Sarah (Sarah Jessica Parker) are loose in the modern town, and only Max, his sister Dani (Thora Birch), and a cat stand in their way. Kenny Ortega directs it as a big, bright musical comedy, with the witches singing and flying through town.
