“Back and more glorious than ever.”

It is Salem, Massachusetts, twenty-nine years after the Black Flame Candle was last lit, and the town is deep in its Halloween season. Winifred (Bette Midler), Sarah (Sarah Jessica Parker) and Mary Sanderson (Kathy Najimy) climb out of the 17th century hungry for revenge, with only until dawn on All Hallow's Eve to get it. Anne Fletcher puts three high school students, Becca (Whitney Peak) and Izzy (Belissa Escobedo) among them, between the sisters and the town.
