Ohm Bauman (Adam Scott) is an author drawn to a remote Irish hotel, certain it holds a story worth finding. The staff, Mal (Peter Coonan) and Jerry (David Wilmot), move through its corridors with practiced indifference. Damian McCarthy builds the dread in small movements: a figure at the end of a hallway, a door that shouldn't open, Ohm alone in a room where the air has gone wrong, watching a shape take form in the dark.
