In 2006, a scientist named Dr. Devin Villiers turns up dead, and Det. Frank Turner (Peter Facinelli) is assigned to guard his colleague Dr. Maggie Dalton (Laura Regan). She has revealed that a veteran soldier was used in a government experiment to build an undetectable weapon. Claudio Fäh follows Michael Griffin (Christian Slater), the soldier it left permanently invisible, who now has nothing left to lose.
