Hollywood Stargirl

“Find your place among the stars.”

Stargirl Caraway (Grace VanderWaal) packs up and moves to Los Angeles when her mother Ana (Judy Greer) lands a job as a costume designer on a movie. Julia Hart sends her into a city full of odd, generous strangers, among them the aging actress Roxanne Martel (Uma Thurman) and a boy named Evan (Elijah Richardson). It's a film that treats being openly, loudly yourself as a kindness to everyone around you.
