Holy Motors

Mr. Oscar (Denis Lavant) spends one day in Paris riding between appointments in the back of a white limousine, driven by his chauffeur Céline (Édith Scob). At each stop he steps out as someone else: a banker, a beggar, a father, a killer, a man with an accordion. Leos Carax shows no cameras and no audience, only Oscar changing costumes and wigs, leaving us to wonder who he is when the car door closes.
