Homunculus

Susumu Nakoshi (Go Ayano) lives in his car, a homeless man with nothing left to sell. Then a medical student, Manabu Itou (Ryo Narita), offers him money to volunteer for trepanation, a hole drilled into the skull, and Susumu agrees. Takashi Shimizu, the director of Ju-On, stages the fallout with the patient dread of his horror films.
