Hoodwinked!

(2005)Directed by Cory Edwards81 min · PGAnimation, Comedy, Crime, Family, Mystery
“Red Riding Hood. The Woodsman. Granny. The Wolf. Not Your Typical Crime. Not Your Usual Suspects.”

Police arrive at Granny's cottage after a disturbance involving a karate-kicking Red (Anne Hathaway), a sarcastic Wolf (Patrick Warburton) and an oafish Woodsman (Jim Belushi). Detective Bill Stork and Chief Grizzly question each of them in turn, and every suspect tells the story from where they stood, starting at the end and working back. Cory Edwards stages the fairy tale as a police procedural, so each retelling reshuffles the same cottage.
