Hotel Pacific

Roman Boryczko (Marek Kondrat) takes a job as a dishwasher at a hotel in the early 1930s, and the question hanging over him is how far a boy at the bottom of the kitchen can climb. Janusz Majewski adapts Henryk Worcell's novel, with Robert Fornalski (Roman Wilhelmi) among the staff Roman has to learn. Marek Kondrat stands in the grainy light of the hotel, the dishwater and the long corridors waiting for him.
