House of Darkness

“"Once upon a time..."”

Hap Jackson (Justin Long) follows Mina Murray (Kate Bosworth) home from a local bar, driving to her secluded estate and expecting a casual hook-up. Neil LaBute keeps the whole film to one night and a few rooms, where the flirting between them turns playful and then sinister. Hap settles in with his drink, still sure of himself, while the big house sits dark around him.
