“Meet...The CREEPER!”

Marcel De Lange (Martin Kosleck), a sculptor nobody will buy, pulls a drowning man out of the river and finds he has rescued a madman known as the Creeper (Rondo Hatton). Jean Yarbrough follows the sculptor as he takes the stranger in and points him at the critics who ruined him. Lieutenant Larry Brooks (Bill Goodwin) starts counting the bodies, and De Lange's studio is where the trail leads.
