House of Pleasures

Marie-France (Noémie Lvovsky) runs L'Apollonide, a Paris brothel where the women live, eat and sleep behind closed shutters at the dawn of the twentieth century. Bertrand Bonello stays inside the house with Samira (Hafsia Herzi) and Clotilde (Céline Sallette) as the end of its trade draws near. Some clients fall in love and some do harm, and the women carry both into the same rooms.
