Houseguest

“He came. He ate. He stayed.”

Kevin Franklin (Sinbad) is a fast-talking small-time hustler in debt to the mob, with a few days left to pay and no money to do it with. He claims to be the childhood friend of Gary Young (Phil Hartman), a lawyer in a Pennsylvania suburb who has never met him, and moves into the family's house. Randall Miller sets this lie in a home of well-kept lawns and Gary's wife Emily (Kim Greist), and Kevin has to keep it going.
