How I Fell in Love with a Gangster

Nikodem "Nikoś" Skotarczak (Tomasz Włosok) starts out as a boy from Poland who wants to be somebody, and he is ready to take it by force. A woman tells his story to the camera, tracing how he became one of the biggest gangsters the country has seen. Maciej Kawulski builds the film from her telling, and what it keeps coming back to is Nikoś himself, a man who keeps reaching for more.
