The Marsupials: The Howling III

“The fear is breeding… fast!”

In 1980s Australia, a strange race of human-like marsupials turns up in the Outback, and the soldiers sent after them are not the only ones looking. Professor Harry Beckmeyer (Barry Otto), a sociologist who studies the creatures, falls in love with Jerboa (Imogen Annesley), one of the females. Philippe Mora plays the whole thing with a straight face, and the pull between those two is what the film keeps coming back to.
