“Vampire vs. Werewolf. The ultimate clash of the forces of evil.”

A traveling carnival sets up on the edge of a small town in 1991, and Ian (Brendan Hughes), a young drifter with a werewolf's curse, walks in among the tents and rides. The carnival's owner, Harker (Bruce Payne), collects inhuman exhibits and wants Ian for his menagerie. Hope Perello keeps the film's focus on Ian, left alone with a cage built for him.
