Huda's Salon

“Some betrayals you don't live to regret.”

Reem (Maisa Abd Elhadi) is a young mother in Bethlehem, married to a jealous man, who wants an afternoon to herself and slips into Huda's salon for a haircut and someone who will listen. Hany Abu-Assad follows what happens when Huda (Manal Awad) turns that visit into leverage, blackmailing Reem to inform for the occupiers. The film settles on the salon itself, where Reem sits in the chair while Huda stands behind her.
