Hugo Pool

“A comedy with serious relief”

A heat wave has settled over Los Angeles, and Hugo Dugay (Alyssa Milano) spends it driving from one backyard pool to the next, cleaning them for clients who hardly notice her. Robert Downey Sr. fills her route with odd characters, including her father Henry (Malcolm McDowell) and Franz Mazur (Robert Downey Jr.). At one stop she meets Floyd Gaylen (Patrick Dempsey), who is dying of Lou Gehrig's disease, and Hugo starts to rearrange her days around him.
