Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam

“Straight from the heart...”

A singer, Sameer (Salman Khan), is taken in by Pundit Darbar (Vikram Gokhale) to learn music, and he falls in love with the teacher's daughter, Nandini (Aishwarya Rai Bachchan). Her parents have already arranged her marriage to Vanraj (Ajay Devgn), a man she has never loved, and Sanjay Leela Bhansali fills the story with song and colour. All three are bound by a decision that will cost each of them whatever they hold most dear.
