I Am Kalam

Chhotu (Harsh Mayar) is a quick, hungry boy whose village has been ruined by drought, so his mother leaves him with his uncle Bhati (Gulshan Grover), who runs a tea stand on the edge of the city. He renames himself Kalam after the self-made Indian president and befriends a lonely prince his age. Nila Madhab Panda keeps him at the stand, a small figure with a tray of glasses, stacking them before the day's first customer.
