I Am Love

In Milan around the year 2000, the Recchi family runs a powerful textile business and lives in a house of long tables and servants. Emma (Tilda Swinton) came there from Russia as a young wife, and she is now a respected mother of three who feels she has no life of her own. Luca Guadagnino follows her to a plate of food prepared by Antonio (Edoardo Gabbriellini), a chef and her son's friend, and the first taste turns her face to the light.
