“Even the most innocent relationship can become a fatal attraction.”

Laura Black (Brooke Shields), a young computer technician in Silicon Valley in the Eighties, starts getting notes and unwanted attention from a colleague she barely knows. Richard Farley (Richard Thomas) will not accept that she wants nothing to do with him, and Michael Switzer keeps the camera close on the office she can't leave. Each refusal raises what's at stake, and she has nowhere to go that he can't find her.
