I Can Speak

“Want to hear my story?”

Na Ok-boon (Na Moon-hee) is a grumpy old woman who files complaint after complaint at her district office and wants one thing badly: to learn English. She finds her teacher in Park Min-jae (Lee Je-hoon), a young civil servant who looks like the last man to take on the job. Kim Hyun-seok builds the comedy slowly, and behind her stubbornness sits a history she has told almost no one, and what it will cost her to say it aloud.
