I Could Never Be Your Woman

“Find yourself in love.”

Rosie (Michelle Pfeiffer) is a single mother and television producer who falls for Adam (Paul Rudd), a man a good deal younger than she is, just as her daughter Izzie (Saoirse Ronan) has her first crush. Amy Heckerling puts the two romances side by side, with Rosie and Izzie each fumbling through the first weeks of wanting someone. Under the jokes, it is about a mother and daughter who each have to learn how to love someone new.
