I Love My Dad

“They've never been closer.”

Chuck (Patton Oswalt) wants his son back, and after Franklin (James Morosini) blocks him on every platform, he makes a fake profile under the name of a young waitress. James Morosini wrote and directed the film, which draws on a catfishing that happened to him. Chuck keeps typing as the profile gets closer to Franklin, and a father's one chance to know his son now depends on a lie.
