“With these people trying to kill him, Joey Boca may just live forever.”

Somewhere behind the counter of his pizza parlour, Joey Boca (Kevin Kline) has been cheating on his wife for years, and Rosalie (Tracey Ullman) has just found out. She decides that leaving him is not nearly enough. Lawrence Kasdan keeps the tone dry and deadpan, and Joey, easygoing and sure of his charm, never quite grasps how seriously his marriage has ended.
