I Origins

A pair of eyes that can't be explained sends Ian Gray (Michael Pitt), a molecular biologist, deeper into his study of the human eye. His lab partner Karen (Brit Marling) works beside him, and the research begins to unsettle what he believes about science and faith. Mike Cahill keeps the story close to Ian, whose lab is all microscopes and eyes magnified until the iris looks like a landscape.
