I Remember You

An older woman hangs herself inside a church, and the new psychiatrist assigned to her case, Freyr (Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson), learns she was fixated on his son, who vanished at eight years old, three years ago. Óskar Thór Axelsson, adapting Yrsa Sigurðardóttir's novel, cuts this against a second story of three city dwellers restoring a house they realize is haunted. Freyr keeps working the case, the lost boy and the house still waiting.
