“The story of Hank Williams”

How does a man who sings about loneliness so plainly end up so hard to reach? Hank Williams (Tom Hiddleston) becomes a country star in the 1940s while his marriage to fellow musician Audrey Mae (Elizabeth Olsen) frays under his drinking and his affairs. Marc Abraham follows him through the years of hit songs and packed stages, and Hank, for all the noise around him, keeps drifting away from everyone close.
