“There is still time.”

Owen (Justice Smith) is a lonely teenager in late-90s suburbia who starts staying up for a secret late-night television show, watching it with Maddy (Jack Haven), a girl from school who loves it more than anything. Jane Schoenbrun keeps the two of them in the pale glow of the screen, and the show begins to feel more real than the lives they go home to. It's about the fear that the world you're stuck in is the fake one.
