I Spit on Your Grave

“The revenge of Jennifer Hills.”

Jennifer Hills (Sarah Butler), a writer from the city, rents an isolated cabin in the country so she can finish her next novel in peace. A group of local men, among them Johnny (Jeff Branson) and Earl (Tracey Walter), take notice of her, and the quiet around the cabin starts to feel less like solitude. Steven R. Monroe, remaking Meir Zarchi's 1978 film, keeps the camera close and holds on moments most films would cut away from.
