In 1957, Professor Frankenstein (Whit Bissell) is assembling a teenage boy from the parts of accident victims in a private laboratory. His creature, Bob (Gary Conway), has a stitched face and a temper, and he learns he is meant to be taken apart again. Herbert L. Strock directed this as a rushed, cheap follow-up to *I Was a Teenage Werewolf*, shot in the same quick style.
