“Explosive! Amazing! Terrifying! You won't believe your eyes!”

In a small American town in 1957, the high school kids are restless, and none more than Tony Rivers (Michael Landon), a teenager with a short temper and a habit of swinging his fists. His girlfriend Arlene (Yvonne Lime) urges him to see Dr. Alfred Brandon (Whit Bissell), a hypnotherapist who has a serum of his own to try. Gene Fowler Jr. keeps Brandon bent over Tony in a dim office, the doctor's face lit from below.
