If These Walls Could Talk 2

“Women love women.”

In 1961, Edith Tree (Vanessa Redgrave) loses her partner Abby (Marian Seldes) to a stroke in the house they share. The same house holds two more stories: Linda (Michelle Williams) and Amy (Chloë Sevigny) in 1972, and Kal (Ellen DeGeneres) and Fran in 2000, who are trying to have a baby with a sperm donor. Martha Coolidge and Jane Anderson direct the segments, and in each one two women are working out what they owe each other.
