Iftar Soda

Adem (Berat Efe Parlar) has just finished primary school in an Aegean village in the early 1970s, and he wants a summer job. His family lets him work for Cibar Kemal (Cem Yılmaz), a soda pop seller, though Ramadan has begun and Adem is set on keeping his fast through the hot days. Yüksel Aksu follows the boy across one long day as the heat starts to bring on hallucinations.
